University of Lincoln Academy Trust puts inclusion at the heart of its work. In fact, it is one of our core values.

We are clear that no matter what a pupil’s starting point, they can flourish across the entire curriculum and be successful.  All pupils are entitled to an inspiring education and our skilled staff ensure that individual needs are met and barriers to learning removed. 

Our consistent and thoroughly researched lesson structure gives all pupils the confidence to achieve in all of their lessons, and is backed up by our Pupil Passport system to support teachers meet the needs of individuals. 

We have an experienced and dedicated SEND teams in each school who care for and support our pupils with additional needs to succeed at University of Lincoln Academy Trust.  We have a strong local reputation for our SEND provision, built up over a number of years, which is in no small measure due to the work of this exceptional team. Parents choose our schools with confidence that we put the needs of pupils first in all that we do.
